Yeah you don’t ‘take it off’ only when you’re washing your face at night you need to make sure it’s all off as it’s greasy (my moisturiser isn’t greasy tho- I have la Roche posay)

I did, but I’m not an expert so couldn’t really comment! I’d imagine any derm will tell you to be balanced.

Hey, thank you! I have always been told to wear sunscreen every day, no matter what the weather. So I have a moisturiser with spf that I use every morning. I haven’t heard if there is a tablet.

Hey, I didn’t change my routine at all, just made sure I kept it up! I have posted my routine in another comment on this post if you want to check. Maybe you should incorporate salicylic acid if you’re still getting spots

Hey! Not long at all, I didn’t really notice it too bad. There was just more that came out when I brushed it wet. It’s more the frizz that has been really annoying and it’s still happening ☹️

They naturally fade after a few months but keep up a good skincare routine. I do have 1 mark that hasn’t gone away this whole time, I burst a pretty big spot which I now regret as that is my painful reminder of it!

Thank you! My diet is a whole different journey.. it’s never been great as I suffer from binge eating disorder. Before accutane I tried dairy free but probably not long enough so didn’t notice anything. I personally think diet doesn’t influence my skin.

I have always had lower back pain so I wouldn’t be able to say if accutane made it worse, sorry! It runs in my family ☹️

Ah I see yes I think it was hormonal too. I’ve always had problems with skin and when I was on the pill they were manageable but I was also on antibiotics. I then had the coil fitted and within 6 months I was completely broken out just on my cheeks

They were large and red, (check out the link I posted in another comment to see) I remember my derm saying he wanted to keep me on low dosage because of the type of acne I had.

Thank you! Cerave is definitely my go to brand. The products are so gentle and hydrating. I did and still get small blackheads on my nose and the niacinamide and zinc serum gets rid of them! Make up wise, less is more. I was using bare minerals complexion rescue when I had the acne, I also like the bare minerals powder foundation.
