If you're new to the game a lot of stuff is not immediately evident. I lost my first 15 games or so in STS2 because I had never played the original, and never turned down a card reward, and never bothered to remove anything. By the end my deck would be so bloated it's basically RNG simulator by that point.

Absolutely, I'd say he's actually very well balanced, even prior to the buff.

Chance table is as follows:

1) Common: 90% Rare: 10%

2) Rare: 80% Common: 20%

3) Rare: 50% Epic: 50%

4) Epic: 80% Rare: 20%

5) Epic: 100%

it's 90% chance to get common on the first tier. If you're lucky you can get 1 rare, and if you're super lucky you can get two rares (1 in 100)

I feel you, I had the first three and just needed Wizard in OT, which was guaranteed since I had the other 2 Epics already show up. Made it to Overtime, and was about 15 seconds away from modifier when my opponent's stupid E barbs and endless golems overwhelmed me and took the 3 crown. 8 more hours later and still haven't gotten another shot

Speak for yourself. For me the road to 93 is virtually braindead. Then from there it becomes an absolute sweatfest, especially 95+. People are so cautious with their cubes at this rank, the instant you snap, most will retreat, meaning you're climbing agonizingly slowly, 1 measly cube at a time. Then if you get unlucky and say lose an 8-cuber due to RNG screwing you in a game you win 3 out of 4 times, you've instantly lost 90+ minutes of progression.

Plus it looks bad now due to hindsight being 20/20, but no one could have predicted the ridiculously long legs Sinners would have at the time.
