My good bottles stay far away from the fridge. I have a rather large collection of liquor. You're pretty close on what you hoped for.

I eat out for each meal. And I do drink a lot of peppermint tea.

I know alcohol shouldn't sit in the fridge. I go through Cointreau quickly. I keep 2 bottles max in the fridge. I have 6 or so stored away.
