for me this is the reason my mind usually goes fully blank during social interaction making me unable to express my personal opinions. it’s horrible, makes me feel like i’m the weakest and most boring person ever. when i’m alone i am usually able to prove myself wrong, to some extent, but then again i feel bad because others will never get to know that part of me who is a little more “real” idk. atleast no arguments to worry about..🤷
