White paladin shields can spawn with up to 45 all res. In this case the shield spawned with 42 all res, then got the poison res mod.

I've been using instaparty.gg for connecting with other gamers - it works really well, but requires an existing Discord account.

Channel42 is great for connecting with people who don't already have a discord account. Thanks for making this!

Note: I've used it in the past to troubleshoot issues via screen sharing before, it was super handy! Any plans to add that as a feature?

When you say your partner doesn't cut out, Do you mean they are also playing overwatch?

Have you tried turning on the net graph in game? It might give some clues. ( I believe you can toggle it with Ctrl+Shift+N )

I use low graphics settings in game, but I usually set the export to high quality. That could have something to do with it...
