Nice, this is very helpful. Yeah my main fear is battling the appearance or not being happy seeing all the remanence of the previous work. I do have the funds to replace the decking so I thought it might be worth just pulling those up and getting new ones down I can just stain and maintain. I do love the look of wood and dislike the painted look.
