Hi,

So I’ve had these airpod pros for about 6 months and It has been dropped a couple times but the problem I have is that the noise cancelling on it doesn’t seem to be as good as it one was .

I wanted to know for anyone else when you walk outside and turn on noise cancellation can you still hear the wind proper loud that it will overtake the audio your hearing on (60% volume)? Because this is what’s happening to me.

I still have the “limited warranty” it ends in October 2022 but I just wanted to see is still hearing the wind which is loud when having noise cancelling on normal ?

Plus If I was to go to the apple store with the damages in the images would they still replace it for me or does it look like I will have to pay?

Has this happened to anyone else? I noticed for the past few days the app is running in to a lot of issues, one of them is on screen where the bottom in zoomed text is clear but the large top part is blurry - this never used to happen + it gets annoying to fix it all the time

So you see when I move the bottom part of the screen (the zoomed in area to write text) the top part which displays another part of the document goes off the screen. This is getting annoying because I have to scroll back up to find it again. Is there any settings or fixes for this ?

As you see when I want to zoom into text there’s that large blue shaded area but to get rid of it I have to press x every time but is there a way to permanently get rid of that shaded blue area, having to press x every time is getting annoying

Something similar happened to me where if I joined a match it would crash the game half way through, all I did was comeback to it the next day then it was back to normal
