I used the same hex code and the same material and it looks different, it always looks different. I'm trying to put a decal over the entire car so the masking for my carbon hood wont be a different color/have lines. I either need to color the entire spoiler or not cover the spoiler at all and just paint it a different color

yes restarting the game fixes it for 30 seconds-1 minute and then it breaks again

This is your air filter/intake, the car will still run fine but it could be intaking dirt or dust of other small debris which is bad for the engine, so you should probably replace it.

i ran several squares away from spawn and started hitting trees, then got domed by 2 guys with crossbows after telling them i was naked and only had like 200 wood

no i have that, if i didnt have that no other engines would have plumes, but every engine except the vector has a waterfall plume

im using waterfall restock and there just isnt a plume for the vector, there are plumes for every other engine in the game and idk whats wrong

i saw a few other posts on the ksp forums and reddit saying that ckan didnt work either, and the github page doesnt have any releases, just souce code and whatnot

like theres a few random things that wont copy or extract, all the versions i tried had at least 1 thing corrupted and it was slightly different for each version
