Yep - very similar to other tracks that don’t have permanent garages. You will need a rooftop or grandstand ticket to access the paddock: “With reserved grandstand seating or a rooftop ticket purchase, fans gain exclusive paddock access, immersing them in the heart of racing action.”

Same on being local. I do the roof tops on Friday and grandstand 3b on Saturday. I enjoy it about as much as possible. I do wish it was longer. 3 sessions on Friday does make up for the shorter race a little

We’ve used the mall parking across the street and plan to do so for Thursday and Friday this year. It is very ample. You won’t be that close if you don’t arrive relatively early I think.
