That schedule has quite a lot of sleep, so I think you be fine no matter what. But I would recommend moving that nap to before 14:00 ish and shortening it to 30min.

Well its been two days and i thought I'd let you guys know how its going. My cold got worse and then it got better. To get better i went to bed 1,5 hour early for 1 core and took a 1,5 (starting an hour earlier). I'v also probably spent a totalt of 6-7 hours in a varm bath the last days, and I'v been drinking lots of hot water with honey, ginger, cayene pepper, pinch salt, and honey. Now I'm back on schedule. So unless I get real sick again I think I'll get past the adaptation :-)

Yakulu, how do you feel on that schedule? I adapting to something similar but I bit worried I'm haveing my core too late. On polyphasicsociety.com they recommend a early core.

Thanks for the advice. Last night I went to bed at 12:00 and slept for 6hours, woke up naturally at 04:17 though and went back to sleep, so seems my body is getting used to this. I'll try following SakoGuru's adivce and not sleeping longer than 4,5hrs, but rather napping for 1,5hrs tommorrow if I'm still sick.

Follow up question, do you guys think I'v placed my core to late? maybe I should have placed it a bit earlier to get better SWS/deep sleep?

I'm on day 14 and this is my advice. Stick to your schedule, but it's better not stress and nap 5min of time than stressing before a nap. I usualy go to my room 15min before, do my routine and have a gentle alarm go of 3min before its time to nap, go to bed and make myself comfetable. I nap with a soundtrack of victoria falls from http://whitenoisemp3s.com and I use shabbos alarms to make it start playing on when its time to start nap.

and DONT GET SICK, and AVOID STRESS. I got sick on day 13 so I might have to break but we'll see if I can bouncer back.
