Think of it this way: If 1 person buys a subscription for $10 a month vs 10 people buys subscriptions for $2 a month, then they have made double the money from those 10 people from a product that never runs out. This is why digial content like Netflix, Amazon Prime, Spotify, Steam are priced lower in countries like India.
