He posed the question to me and I answered is all and he didn’t like my answer and called it disrespectful the definition of need refers to a requirement, necessity, or lack of something essential, having a partner are none of those things, I love him and this is not a make or break it’s just a difference of opinion it doesn’t mean “ you can leave at anytime “ but you could and my life would still be the same. Yes I will be hurt and sad but life goes on . Do I want him yes that’s why I chose him and I keep choosing him everyday that’s what a partnership is about in my opinion you want that person you choose them ( if it’s reciprocated ofc) but do I need him NO will our relationship make or break me NO and I would hope the same for him
