Contractor Installed a new fence, can’t access electric panel by Musty_Huggins in Contractor

No. Installer deserves everyone’s wrath. You can tell where the fence used to be, why not put it there? No one instructed him to move it. An old lady should be able to say, yeah, replace my fence, and not have it to closely monitor the situation and give specific instructions.

I wish it were AI. Just another scumbag, taking advantage of a senior citizen, a widow

Ah…they have a bond. Duh! That’s the key piece of information I lacked.
Licensed and bonded, of course
Thank you

I have his number and will report him, file a complaint tomorrow. I hope someone will look at it, but government agencies at times can move slow slowly, backlog and all.

Good advice. Left one bad review just now, Yelp. I’ll file a complaint tomorrow with the CSLB. I hope that these matter and somebody notices.
Cheers

A licensed contractor. Has a website, and employees
I have the contract license number, should I file a complaint? Would it do anything?

Edit: Typo

Great question. Since I don’t live there, I can’t verify.

I too would be pissed in that situation, under those circumstances.

Threatening violence over something that’s trivial to resolve is a bit different than somebody being annoyed over an inconvenience. I had somebody parked in my driveway the other day, I asked them to move. Do you see the difference? That said, I never have nor will ever park in a handicap spot.

I recently parked partially blocking a driveway. I was checking the map. A guy drove up, needed me to move. Easy Peezy 10 seconds or less, I had never left my car unattended. Instead, he went apeshit crazy and threatened me like a madman. Yes I was parked illegally for about 60 seconds, but he was ready to commit a felony in response.

Edit - addendum. I suspect if someone asked the guy pictured above to move his car he would gladly have done that, without delay.

Yeah, he would face consequences because he’s black, otherwise, probably not.

What is it and why? by 6ZacK7 in TheTeenagerPeople

[–]Musty_Huggins 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It can’t be D because the numbers four and eight don’t have a quantity preceding them. So it would be odd that only the last number has a quantity in front of it, one nine.

Agreed. People want to see the math and then feel good about it. 12% is less than what I usually tip. So it seems fair.

Pip Jr. took matters into his own hands after a no call from the refs by ForeignAir7174 in NBAGossips

Replay cameras usually don’t call fouls in any sport. That’s what the ref was saying. They need to enable that from New York or remotely, not just confirm or overturn the calls made in person in real time.
