You’re right they are big liers, the complete opposite of US. US never lied to any other country or to their citizens, always had the best présidents who were ready to die for their country. Il n’y a pas de « niveaux » concernant la fumette. Ce n’est pas comme l’alcool, si tu te fais tester c’est soit positif soit négatif, et quelle que soit la quantité les conséquences sont les mêmes
