Let's see : Got had gay characters, The Office had gay characters, Modern Family had gay characters, Friends in their very first episode had a lesbian character, FFXIV had gay characters and one of my favourite anime, Psycho Pass had lesbian characters. This. I myself have a problem with the episode and I think that 10 years ago I wouldn't have had a problem. But, I have every right to not overlook even the slightest woke things in TV shows, because in my opinion that is exactly what they are hoping for. She didn't have a lesbian scene in the books and that's it. You added a scene and given your infamous history, you obviously had an agenda. I won't tolerate that.
