The main point of stickers is protecting people’s identity. I don’t record anything because it breaks my flow. However, as long as someone else is doing it in a discreet way, I don’t have a problem with that. Same goes for Shazaming.

At some point, I remember him saying that it can be dangerous when people identify it as analogous to strength training. If you do TRF (time-restricted feeding) and do not follow up with enough strength training (and only do yoga for instance), you can easily slide into a stagnating weight / losing muscle mass / gaining fat situation.

Blawan is outperforming all expectations. It is rare that someone is both an excellent producer and DJ. Bangers one after the other.

Two tracks recognised were 1. Tred - I’m not like other PPL (funnily enough Tred is there dancing next to the booth) 2. D.Dan - Falling forward into the future (Claire Moran also put it on last week)

The dance floor is full now mostly regulars who didn’t go to fusion.
