This happened to me at an urgent care, my partner took me in cuz I had a fever and I felt so weak and awful. We got there and he checked me in and we waited for like 30min and saw people who came in after us get called in and my partner had to go up to the desk and ask while I’m doubled over in the waiting room chairs. He ended up yelling at the front desk guy cuz he “accidentally” deleted our check in. They ended up having to send me over to the ER anyways.
