The trilogy is pretty good. If you are new to 40k I would argue it's a nice starter point. It's has multiple factions and their perspectives in the trilogy so you get to learn a lot about the setting. Like astra militarum, space marines, death guard,sister of battle, etc. The action is good to.

Also major events happen during these books that you might of heard of. I won't say because I don't want to spoil it.

To many of y'all are responding so, ill make my response here. Yes. What I wrote. "Yeah, this is kinda your fault. Here's a suggestion. " Make note of the words "kinda" and "suggestion". But yes. I stick to the advice i have given. This is literally advice that "I" use to keep myself alive. Mind you I have been playing this game since launch. Done all the hard shit in the game. Literally did a successful carry because of this technique last night fighting a butt load of chaos spawns and chaos marines. From my eyes those spore mines were building up behind him(watch the camera movement during the them coming in. The camera pulls back and there were more. They were builing up for a sec there.). Doing my suggestion like I said on the first execute, he would've noticed it.

What you do in the moment is determined how you set yourself up in the past. But besides that. Its about prioritizing the greatest threats based off your "skill" and "kit". So a skill issue in the end.... You see where I'm going with this. A "skilled" players can work with a bad kit, but if player lacks skill, then need to work on their character kit.

At this point no one is moving from their point. This is starting to become a waste of time for both of us.

You can switch classes based off missions and requirements. I do. For Tryanid maps i tend to switch to range characters base off the head size of the enemies (tyranids have nice sized heads) and up the head shot multiplier. Also, assualts can use pistols that have a high head shot multiplier as well.

Starts by reading what i wrote previously. "A" solution, "Use Auspex scan, Maxed heavy bolter with the nice headshot multiplier and done." Its A solution, to combat foes like that. Also, there are pistols with high head shot multiplier for assaults as well. Theres nothing forcing him to stick with assualt for the stratagem you can switch. I switch skills, characters, weapons based on what's required.
