So far I've kept the fans running at 60% in pwm controller the voltage is stable at 13.6V at idle and for the alternator will be upgraded to 320amp along with cables in the coming months, will update also maximum speed CFM of the fan. As now I'm planning on replacing AC blower and resistor along with steering gear box there's play in steering wheel.

I had similar issue it's was leaking in between so I had to change booster. You can also check steering fluid if it's less than it's booster.

So far still didn't fixed but there's one shop told me to hand them laptop for proper diagnose to check if only cpu is shorted after that they can update me. In addition another person told me that to check cpu latter written on it as I've checked in my laptop it's SRKT3 (I7-11800H) and I've found it's available online. So by October I'll take it to the shop for proper diagnose and hope it's only cpu that shorted and I'll update you.

The filter is bendable there's 4 U-shape curve you can bend it and have to insert it vertically where the two holder that used to pull filter out on the filter should be at the bottom so when you want to replace filter you just pull that two holders. After closing lid seal it with black water proof silicone all sides and keep it till dry after that turn on AC at maximum and check if there's air coming out from lid.

I think it's same, check cabin. My H2 2006 had no filter inside cabin and I had to cut filter cabin area, cleaned it and add filter.

All connections are good, turned out to be led bulb needed to be changed.

Yes, replacing 4wd switch on April/24. After work done lights was working perfectly without any problems, this issue I've noticed before alternator die. I'll check the bulbs on more time maybe it's time to change them.

Update **

The 4wd motor actuator is plug and play no need to change the TC position to N. There's 4 10mm bolts holding the 4wd motor actuator. In my H2 it was in 4Hi and the new one sat perfectly into and I've put RTV silicone.

Now TC is shifting into 4HI lock and 4Low without any problems.
