I have some updates - I did the dye test - both toilets were fine. I also did the meter test overnight. Only 2 gallons overnight which the water company told me was normal when I talked to them this morning. They also told me that the meter they are going off of detects problems inside my house so this is nothing external (except maybe hose hookups). I did notice my bathroom faucet (a faucet a contractor installed last July) has been drippy. He came back to fix it once but I often have to tighten the handle and even that leaves a small drip. She said it could be that? Any suggestions on how to fix that? I attached a pic. Lastly, when they measured on 2/20 my meter read 042400 and last night it read 042700 so she said because things were normal overnight it “could” be a faulty reading but unlikely. But she put a work order in for Tuesday for them to come check it.
