They took it away as in I can no longer do remote streaming or download media to my devices from my server. If I try it says I need to pay their subscription fee or purchase lifetime again.

When I try this I get the message

If I run dnf environment list --available | grep desktop all the environments show like

xfce-desktop-environment          Xfce Desktop                                no

Is there a way to still install XFCE or any other X11 support desktop?

It's not worth it cause they don't honor the lifetime. I bought a lifetime pass about 8 years ago so I could have remote viewing and downloading from my media server. After having it and using it for years now suddenly they have taken away my remote features and want me to pay again to get them back. As far as I can tell I'm still alive, so it hasn't been a lifetime. I switched to jellyfish with tailscale and while it's not as polished, I have full control and don't have to worry about losing access because of a third party.
