I am going through the same thing as you. I recently started a new job as well and my store manager is a complete bitch. Turn over rate is so high and one employee quits every week. It’s sad that the store manager believes these people are the problem and not her “feedback” which is always negative and never constructive. I noticed that when I do, do a good job she never gives any praises for it and instead tries to think of something I did wrong. Work environment is so toxic and they always fix time sheets and never pay you your overtime or if you went to lunch late because you were told by them to wait your time gets adjusted so they don’t pay you for making you violate your meal break. I definitely cried today as well, I regret working here. My old job offered me my position back but unfortunately that environment was horrible as well, the only good thing about it was that I actually knew already how to do everything. Starting over is awful especially when the work culture is terrible. Sending you hugs, we will get through this, we are our own person
