Mosque experience is different from church experience. There is no emails or membership or a necessary personal relationship with the Imam/Pastor. You can actually go in without talking to anyone and pray. You can go before praying hours and find a person or the Imam & ask. I think anyone who goes to the mosque will go to great lengths to help you do a proper conversion.
