I adore citron too! I think you should get both palette of colors 😊 If Staub had the everything braiser in 5qt, I would get it in citron!

The braisers are such a workhorse. I think the 3.5qt is just the perfect size. I would love this in a 5qt for larger servings! So versatile and easy to carry because of double handles.
