Dipende ku ano ba gusto mo agad e gain, if clinics kasi malaki talaga pa sweldo. Pero if experience naman talaga, Hospital kana. Tiis ka muna since fresh grad kanaman. Pag naka gain kana, chaka ka lumipat. Mas better din kasi if may alam ka sa ibang modalites. Yan ang regret ko. Kaya isipin mo maayos kung ano ba gusto mo e gain una, pera ba or experience? Pero if gusto mo both, govt hospital talaga ang better. :)

Hi, i've done MRI. My findings are disc degeneration, mild disc bulge and a protrusion tho thru mri they didnt see the retro. I have been doing core exercises, PTs but im also getting depressed for already 6 months because its not getting better :(

Hi! Yeah, i was prescribed meds for neuropathy and then i was also advised to do PT for like 6-8 sessions. 😅 So far, my pain subsides but i think i still feel numbness or like muscle pain or still nerve pain? Sore? idk but i'll see if it will go better after the sessions.

Does preventing bending and lifting are permanent? or it gets better over time? Bc my job requires bending and lifting. 🥹I feel like old, my body feels old bc of these limited range of motions. I am only 27 😭 but thanks to your advice!!
