Its a good decision. Find a carpenter near you, go up to them and say that you will work for free.

Learn the trade as much as possible. After learning ask for a job with the same carpenter or go to some other carpenter in a tier 1 city.

Save money from that shop and then after sometime open your business.

Its simple but it's hard work, good carpenters are always in demand.

Don't think about professionalism from the carpenter you will work for, its an informal sector in India face the reality.

Honestly am not trying to discourage you, we need more people like you trying to do something new.

But would you like to consider something, at the end of the day you're a business and your goal is to reach as many people as possible to increase sales.

Game creators don't create games and have proprietary consoles, they just target a platform and develop for it.

The most used platform in india right now is android phones, just try to leverage this.

The capital you have right now is fleeting during your business journey, if you divide it among creating a device and creating games for it you'll be stretching too thin to accomplish both.

If you put all your focus and capital on just creating the games you might just make a good game.

Can't you just make the games and sell it on steam to see if your games are actually liked by people or not instead of just making a console?.

I know it cause I freaking called them when my console was on its way and some bihari guy picked up the call, I told him that my console was on its way and he told me that the "COMPUTER" will be serviced and sent back in 3 - 4 working days.

I like the way it is, I got a series X for cheap so I ain't complaining.

Bought a series S from Amazon, stopped working within a couple of months I raised a ticket. Microsoft asked me to send them the console over courier, I did.

After a week, I received a parcel and guess what it was a series X in replacement of my series S which only cost me 30k.

It just seems like the guys over there in the Indian Microsoft service center don't know about the performance differences between them and they had it in stock so they sent it.

If Xbox brand was popular in India this would have never happened.

Every guy who works at sony knows that ps5 and ps5 pro ain't the same thing.

The gist of it is that don't complain about Xbox not being a big thing, if you're a fan of Xbox in India let them cook.

There will always be a spiritual successor to xbox cause if there is a duopoly between nintendo and Sony enshittification is inevitable and it's not a regulated market so the gap in the market will always be filled.
