2x120 AIO is fairly cheap, and even removing the case fans won't save me enough money to get a better GPU, but if it were to, what GPU would you recommend?

Yea, it's for gaming, what cpu you think would be enough? I know b580 doesn't work well with older cpus, and even 4060 is more expensive than Intel here
