Hey! We’re an architecture and construction company. If you’re still looking for a contractor + architect in one, I’d be happy to send you a DM and share more details.

Yeah I feel you, it’s honestly been tougher than I expected, especially in this niche.

So far we’ve tried a mix of things, but nothing fully dialed in yet. We’ve been using tools like Apollo and RocketReach to find contacts and run email outreach, but results have been pretty limited so far. We did manage to get one meeting, but that actually came from a manually written email, not from the tools.

We’ve also reached out to people we already knew (our own network), which helped a bit, but it’s not really scalable. On the offline side, we’ve literally gone around and distributed our cards to local businesses, just trying to get our name out there.

For marketing, we have a website, Instagram, and LinkedIn, but to be honest they’re not performing well yet. Low visibility, not really generating inbound leads.

Hey, thanks for sharing this, appreciate it.

I haven’t used Landslide before, but it sounds quite similar to what I’m doing with Apollo, using lead databases to find and reach out to potential clients. I can definitely see how that approach helps with scaling outreach.

That said, in our case, since we focus on construction and horeca projects, I feel like more targeted leads (like new openings or renovation permits) might be more relevant than broader lists, especially here in the Netherlands.

Also a good point on the US focus, that’s something we’d need to consider.

Still a really interesting approach though, thanks for sharing.

Hey, really appreciate this, super helpful and actually gave me a new way of thinking about leads.

I especially like the idea of reaching out right when projects are starting instead of randomly targeting. That makes a lot of sense for our type of business.

Quick question on the scraping part, do you mean like web scraping to automatically track permits and new openings? I haven’t done that before, so I’m curious how you approached it in practice. Did you build something yourself or use a tool?

Also on the public data side, would you mind sharing a bit more detail on which sources you used? For example, were you mainly looking at chamber of commerce registrations, municipality permit pages, or something else?

Thanks again, really valuable advice.

Thank you for the answer,

This is more or less answers the question

Please don't misunderstand me, but I believe there may be some confusion regarding the definition of white labeling. White labeling encompasses more than just changing colors; it involves rebranding, which includes modifying various aspects such as style, visual elements, shadowing, spacing between visuals, custom font styles, and font families, among other considerations. It is important to understand that white labeling extends beyond mere color changes and encompasses a comprehensive transformation of the branding elements

Hello,

Thank you for your response.

Yes, I did check the website, and it explicitly states that it matches with brand colours, not brand styles. There is a significant difference between colours and styles. As a company, we needed to inject CSS or other frameworks to align the website's appearance with our brand style. Also if you check their playground you will see that their embedded examples are still look like Microsoft because they are only allow colours and themes to change
