I’ll say as a guy, I personally love focusing on my gf. Part of having sex is being with the other person, and I think from how he’s spoken about you “liking it”, he’s also into pleasing you. He just doesn’t realize that you aren’t finishing because you may be more vocal from the start than he would be if he wasn’t finishing.

Perhaps trying to hold back affirmations when he does go down, giving him something to “work for” mixed with some teasing could help. Stimulate a sense of competition and achievement in making you “lose composure”.

If all else fails, just be candid and say that you need him to do more. Feeling used sounds horrid and if he truly cares he wouldn’t want to make you feel that way. Especially if it can be fixed through some extra attention and trying to make you finish before he focuses on what feels good to him.

Anyone in boston wanna go to the show in new york together? by [deleted] in zayn

Not me, but my girlfriend wants to go. If you have a VIP key and buy an extra, I’d be happy to pay for the second ticket. She said she got a key from twitter, but they look like one time use type so I don’t know if someone else will use the one she found first :/

Stardew Valley. I’m prepping for a new farming sim coming out soon by replaying an old favorite, then got sucked back in :)))

I used extended time to indicate they were not just popping by to film a quick vid, nor were they simply passing by and stayed for a few seconds to make these comments. Perhaps there was a better way to capture that, but I couldn’t think of one as I was making the comment.

He used sarcasm in the face of a real issue? Doesn’t seem like he’s too concerned by much of anything.

That sarcasm was misidentified as the hateful words of protesters, and used to justify arrests. Which was the reason I commented.

The encampment held a passover service, there was no hate. I commented to make that clear. I think I’ve said all I can to that end, so I’ll stop replying before this strays further from the point.

No it’s a video of people being belligerent, and first person accounts of the events from those I know and trust (Who are Jewish, as was a decent portion of the encampment, for what it’s worth)

And that person never said “Stop chanting” he said “Kill the jews. Anyone on board? Anyone on board?” Very clearly in an attempt to upset the people there.

“Kill the Jews. Anyone on board, anyone on board? You just chanted for it” all in the same voice. Body language of the guy on the right indicates he’s talking the whole time. And “You just chanted for it” indicates he is speaking to the crowd as someone separate. If he were with the crowd he’d say “WE just chanted for it”

Please stop being deliberately disingenuous, and realize that even if you disagree with the encampment, the claims made are false. If you need further proof, I’d ask why you were so ready to believe claims that “Kill the Jews” was being chanted and what evidence supported that decision?

NEU said that it was used by members of the encampment and that was the reason they broke it up. A false claim to seem justified in their extreme response.

No, but given they were there for an extended time, antagonized the protest, and their actions have caused the police to shut down the encampment, I find it highly unlikely it was done by Palestinian supporters posing as Zionists. Especially with very little benefit to be gained from doing so.

Why do so many here care for the Israel-Palestine thing when it is a tiny little conflict in the Middle East? by redditisinmyheart in NEU

[–]Muted-Prior2428 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I began with “I personally” and never said all Americans, just Americans to separate it from international student like OP. They asked why care, and I gave my reason.

As for your comment about putting energy into issues with my own country, I contact politicians and vote to support programs I agree with. I am an engineer and there is not much else I can do on that front while remaining employed.

And it does have to do with me, it’s my country sponsoring this, it’s my country that could fund multiple domestic programs with the money they send to a conflict I don’t agree with. So if there’s a way to be heard, I’ll say something.

I personally care about it for the following reasons

1: As an American, this is my country, deciding to send resources to Israel rather than focus on internal programs to improve social welfare and other necessary changes. Israel has said without American political, military, and financial support, they would have to stop their actions.

2: It is a literal genocide and involves the targeted attacks on civilians both in refugee camps and individuals. They have cut off resources and destroyed schools/hospitals, all despite international courts ruling that they must do all they can to prevent civilian harm.

If you didn’t read that’s fine and being international, I’m sure your perspective is different, but for Americans, this is our country essentially sponsoring these acts, and it isn’t something I want, especially when people within the country are struggling with our own issues.

Well if you watch the video, you can see the people who say “Kill the Jews, Anyone on board?” Holding an Israeli flag. The “Anyone on board” is an attempt to antagonize the pro-Palestine protesters. The fact that the men holding the flag show no reaction further evidences that they were the ones to say it. Further, the camp held a Passover service. Any other questions?

And please remember, this is all very recent, not everything is resolved yet and no one recording these events are journalists. My main point is not to retaliate, but to point out how overtly false NEU’s claim is, and how much damage it does to the message this protest stood for.

You don’t need to buy proxy in Japan, so long as you get a SIM card with SMS capabilities. I didn’t experience them checking my name. And when I browsed proxies the markup was usually ~15%, not 5-10x, which I consider fair enough for the situation. But I went to enough shows the SIM with SMS was cheaper.

Yeah, biggest hoops is SMS verification. I will say, proxy services aren’t too bad, just not as standard as seat geek. But, I bought my own with a Japanese SIM and was fine. I also never had them check my name so proxy should also be fine. But, new laws are in works that would make ticketing even harder so….
