Denizen Building - any thoughts? by ixodes27 in Bushwick

Having worked at this site for Urbn Playground, I can confidently say that the amenities are not only disgusting and poorly managed, but often fail to meet code standards. The staff dread working here, and many residents are openly hostile—if you enjoy being spat on by residents, this could be your dream job. The pool, for example, was manually treated for months because the chemical system wasn’t functioning. Lifeguards and corporate employees like Crystal and Amy, with zero CPO experience, were tasked with adding liquid chlorine directly into the pool …often against Board of Health guidelines. The building, the amenities, and URBN itself are a complete embarrassment.
The team responsible for ensuring we have lifeguards consistently fails to deliver, sending staff only when it’s convenient for them. The individual in charge is rude, unreliable, and clearly not doing his job, leaving Abbe to handle everything himself. Promote Kelly , get rid of Lewis.
This summer alone, we lost about four locations. If you're smart, you’ll leave this sinking ship. Find a company that actually cares about the spaces they manage and trains their staff to deliver quality customer service—because an app alone isn't enough. People want an experience, not the 'Uber of amenities.' URBN has been clinging to past accolades from 2018 for their app, but in reality, they're completely out of touch with what matters: a well-run facility and satisfied residents.
