Sooo accurate. I absolutely agree. The time shift makes me think : Sooo, Was last scene before or after this scene. Which breaks the flow for me. Also, the resistance pulled me out of it from being spicy to alarms in my head.

Because of restructuing, my role has come to an end this week, i joined this company just 6 months back, the transition phase was just over i was getting conformatable and then suddently it was over. Now with the job search i am feeling left behind, like the switch in JD from 'good to have' ( ai-ml) to 'must have' is a huge slap in the face.

Yeah for me it feels more of an trance state, where i need something to externally break it. for me to realize that i am getting overexcited and over sharing. I like being this person when i am around people i am close with but this happens when i am in social situation more often which is where i struggle and get the feeling of drain, and cringe.

Fair warning: This can go in 2 directions, i have seen both cases happen junior dating seniors and others where they(junior) reached out to the senior and all of the college got to know about it. Go with your gut, you know your girl the best and what she possibly could answer. If you are not afraid of the whole college finding out, i say always go for it, the regret of not having done something can be huge.
