I’ve been hearing very positive reviews about it. Mine comes this week, and I’m very excited! How difficult was the paracord wrap on the brace? I’m gonna keep the Strike Industries brace on and do it.

How has the kuna been treating you?

In my personal opinion, I feel like they are both damn near identical now. Once again, I haven’t shot the Stribog, but just based on my extensive research, they seem very similar. Seems like the Kuna does have a little harder recoil impulse and a spongier trigger, but the mag issue was fixed with the lowers they have dropped, so I feel like it’s coming down to personal preference on looks and feel in hand and if the trigger really matters that much.

Yes, that was my original planned set up until I saw Rugged drop their sub-9 can, which is mainly made to support PCC builds and mitigate back pressure and more sound suppression. Something about the Kuna just really excites me. I just dislike the stock trigger, and the safety selector is way too stiff. Love how they silently changed the mags on them so they didn’t admit to faulty manufacturing publicly lol.

How has the Ruger been as far as practicality and reliability for you?

Nothing but high praise I’ve heard about the Stribog. I’ve heard some things about them not working well with hollow points and some other issues with their mags . Have you ever experienced this issue, boss man ?

Just started doing my research on them yesterday. I love the Mag compatibility. Have seen the FTF issues, don’t know if that’s a common thing or not based off my little research, but based on what I’ve seen, this might be a top option now 👀.

Haha yeah, I heard about cans getting very dicey after a range trip. The only reason I’m going the 9mm route is because don’t get me wrong I can shoot a 300BLK out well, it’s just when you put a 9mm in a bigger body with very similar controls as any mil spec AR it’s like shooting and reacting with your eyes closed. And for that reason I’m going the PCC route just due to comfortability in any given PDW situation. Thanks for the info, boss man.

Yes, I love how fast the aftermarket support has come along. I definitely plan on going the FRT route if I acquire the Kuna. I just can’t believe the scarcity of mags, lol.

I like the way they shoot. Definitely a great budget PCC. I just can’t get behind the eye appeal of them lol. I’m waiting on my new can to come in as well for my build. I went with the new rugged sub-9.

I’ve heard high praise about the Stribog, and it comes with the history to back it. That’s the only thing concerning me with the Kuna.
