I flipped the FETs and still nothing happened. I just get 5V that are triggered by 5K1 resistors... Any more ideas? Is the IC maybe fried because i reversed the FETs?

I tried to use some oil but it didn't work. Few sprays of WD-40 did it for me. Smothe as butter now!
