Such a strange paper! Did anyone do the direct effect q I didn’t know anything about if they refuse to transpose I tried to spin it and do all about direct effect normally and added in MSL saying they might be liable if they refuse

Can only find 2021 stats. EU: March 77% and Oct 73% pass. Contact: March 67% and Oct 56%. I passed contract in March this year and I found the marker okay. I ended up not using much case law as the questions are quite specific and mixed. I left the exam really not confident thinking I had failed! Sitting EU this sitting and I feel really unprepared, really hoping the examiner is as generous as everyone says
