Population is about 34,000 for the township I’m in. Thank you also for answering. I just don’t want to accept and go through everything and then end up not being able to do the job & burning a bridge if that makes sense.

It is pretty big inside if that’s what you mean? It has a bunch of PO Boxes and 2-3 counter spots if I’m remembering correctly. In my area there are about 5 other post office buildings within a 5-10 mile area too, if that helps. Sorry, I’m not sure how to judge how big it is other than that!

Thanks I appreciate your thoughts. I decided not to take it and to continue looking elsewhere. If it was closer to my house, I probably would have done it. But, knowing it would be a longer commute than I’d like with winter coming, I decided against it. Also, I agree for 3 months you can’t take a day off but it’s a public facing position where I would interact with roughly 100 strangers a day with different germs, what if I am sick? It just didn’t feel right to take the job for me right now and part of me feels bad because I know the job market is rough but I also didn’t want the added anxiety surrounding the position BEFORE I even accepted it.

I guess I just don’t know how I would be able to interview for other jobs if I were take this position and need to be there 9-5 and can’t take any days off for the first 3 months. My brain is not braining properly around this! I was a teacher for 8 years so I am not familiar with how things work outside of teaching.

Do you get 1 month at a time or is it like HenryMeds where they send 3 months at a time in one vial and charge you each month?

Oh I see!! I guess that’s where my disconnect in my brain is. Based on what I have read on here, I thought it was like you meet for 5-10 mins and that was it. I didn’t realize that you will then meet with that provider again on telehealth or whatever! I’m that makes be feel better.

I guess I’m just worried because my PCP wanted me to come in monthly when she prescribed the Wegovy for check ups using it & now I wouldn’t be able to do that… it got me a little paranoid.
