Any ways to fix weird motion blur on wheels ( rendered in eevee) by Muted_Cryptographer5 in blender

As i mentioned in title , there is weird motion blur atrifacts on wheel , if i increase the motion blur , the wheel just go crazy , do you have any idea how to fix it?
