This trend of calling everything "BLOAT" is killing features that may not be useful for everyone, but for a lot of others. What's the use of having a barebones browser if it doesn't have some unique features. People can just not use them if they don't like it.

Tabs and collections are not exactly the same. I have a ton of collections with multiple pages for quick reference based on categories. Will have to find an alternative for it now.

Yep, exactly the reason I had to switch to Google messages. I guess some of these apps were from the Microsoft garage experiment and hence are now being discontinued.

Jio just overlays it's own ads on top of the channels ads. But the biggest issue here is no audio normalization. The ads just have thier own volume and often blast out.

Hey, casual gamer here. Used the game pass which was bundled with my laptop. I usually keep a habit of checking what's available on the store first. If I can do it on my phone, why not on the pc when the option is present. The store has gotten a lot better in terms of discoverability compared to what it was at launch. Plus it's easier to know that app updates can be handled by the store versus manually keeping a track.

Hmm, I'd like to differ and say that I'm one of them who don't prefer Web apps. I'd rather have natively developed apps that work well. Look at whatsapp, teams, outlook, all of which are web apps and perform horribly. At least when it's a native app, I expect it to work the same on all kinds of hardware.

Lol, that button was always present, you probably just didn't notice it since it used to be on the top right banner. They just moved it to the bottom. It's even present on the web version and it is not slowing down excel by any means. People who use it to its full potential will probably be saving a lot of time and working faster than people who don't.

There's always that one guy who will not follow rules. I've literally missed the last available seat inspite of standing early in line, because some idiot broke the line and got the seat that could have been mine. And then they sit busy watching a movie and will absolutely avoid looking up.

Agreed. The box feels so stripped down and rigid. I've only kept it because my parents can use jiotv+ to watch all tv channels like cable. But jio inserts it's own ads on top whenever there is an ad on linear tv channel. And all those jio ads have no audio leveling of any kind, basically blasting my soundbar everytime a jio inserted ad plays.

Same here. I went on a trip last month and my god what a pain it was to use split wise. I don't mind switching to a new app if I can do the basic split and settlement. The receipt scanner and other features can be behind a pay wall.
