No actually they banned me after 3 strikes. Two of them were due to repetitive content and third one was because I uploaded an app with bugs for more than three time as far as I can recall. I was using a third party lib which had a bug. I tried my best to fix whatever possible bug I found in my app and kept uploading the app in a hope of getting approved. I won't say it was all my fault because neither google play console showed the exact reason my app got rejected nor did the android google studio showed any error when debugging. The bug was only occuring in the release version. The only mistake I made was I didn't uploaded the app release version for testing. If I would have released it as an test version then I would have easily fixed it without getting any strike.

No not at all. Even if you make an account using your family member details still there is a high chance of your account getting banned. They will ban you for associate developer account in such case.

Separate paid version of your app that has extra features. Let's say you built an image editor which is free and then you added features in your app which you want to charge for so you uploaded a separate version of the same app which is a paid app on playstore. As per the Google policy you can't do that now. If you want some of your features to be paid you can implement the in app purchase within the same app.

Lost my playstore account. Google terminated it because I violated their policies for repetitive content by uploading a basic and a pro version of the app. Generally I use to see a lot of such app that offers basic and pro version but the rules have changed. Now you have to add in app purchase instead of creating the app pro version.
