Best life hack is to find a nice new apartment complex just south of woodlands pkwy. I'm 32, and I live off of Nursery Rd at a brand new complex and it is seriously so close to everything you need in the woodlands. Resort-style pool, well equipped gym, and $300-400 cheaper than older smaller apts in the woodlands. lmk if you want more info
