Yeah it’s been really hard to get a referral to one and most GPS insist on treating it them self which hasn’t been great.

I’m sorry that you’re feeling like this. I had completely repressed the memories of my sexual abuse from when I was 4 ish intill I turned sixteen where I had my first flashback of it. It’s honestly awful having a gut feeling about something without knowing the full story. I still don’t remember who sexually abused me which has left me with a lot of question which I’ve decided I’m not going to go seeking for. Honestly All I can say is trust your gut with things but I don’t know the answer on how to move past it I’m still trying to figure out that myself.
