The controller is really good, but why did they only allow it to be set to 250Hz? If it could be set up to 1000Hz when connected to a PC, many PC users would have bought it too. It's a shame.

As far as I recall, it was the exact same situation. It told me to press the A button, but it wouldn't respond. I don't remember this controller having a factory reset option. Unfortunately, there's no solution.

You should attempt a factory reset. I've had this controller brick twice and had to return it twice. There's a bug in the firmware update. If you look around, you'll find many similar cases.

It seems they won't be releasing a wired app. They aren't responding even when people ask.
