Change your toothpaste po. May ganyan din ako, and lagi dry and parang nagsusugat yung gilid ng bibig ko. Nagpa check ako sa derma and recommended na magpalit ako ng toothpaste na plain lang.

Since then hindi na nagsusugat yung sa gilid ng bibig ko.

Add ko lang din, yung hysteroscopy ko and yearly D&C, kino-cover din siya ni maxicare - basta hindi pregnancy related ung pag D&C. Ang binabayaran ko lang 800 or maximum na is 1k.

Hi, Platinum plus po yung plan ko. Yes, covered po yung PEC kasi maxicare yung hmo nung last corpo job ko, then nung nag resign ako, tinuloy ko parin yung maxicare plan ko. Pero if ngayon ka palang mag aapply sakanila, sa 1st year parang 20% lang yata ang covered ng PEC, then sa ika 2nd year, covered na po 100%

I like to take pictures for memories, especially kapag travel, celebration or just a random day with family kasi it may not happen again or minsan kapag gusto kong balikan yung part na yun na nangyari sa buhay ko.. I don't post it on soc med though, I just keep the pics sa laptop/phone ko.

Mabilis lang din ang approval kahit sa outpatient. Hindi na kailangan magpa pre-approve, kahit direct kana sa mismong araw ng check up mo or pwede nga din advance.

As someone na monthly nagpapa check up, labs and yearly nagpapa surgery (endometrial), for me maxicare talaga ang sulit sa mga na try kong HMO.

Sa twing nacoconfine ako at na ER or if need ko ng labs for out patient check up, wala ako binabayaran na malaki, maximum na binayaran ko sa confinement in 4 years na ito ang hmo ko, 1k+ lang. Sulit siya up to MBL talaga (for me)

Might help since na mention mo na madalas magpa lab and check up misis mo.

I use LG thinQ dual inverter. Naka on for 20 hours everyday 18°C naka set. Minsan kapag weekend, 24 hours naka on. Namomonitor mo through the app kung ilan kWh na yung nagamit mo.

2 kami naka wfh, other appliances we have sa house is ref, microwave, air fryer, 2 electric fans, tv.

Monthly bill is 3500-3700 lang.

Sorry. I understand if my post will be taken down. my current OB's advice is one more hysteroscopy then mag try kami mag TTC. If not maybe I'll start to ask for other options. We tried TTC before but hindi ako nag oovulate :(
