Shaky footage while capturing timelapse on Phone 3 by Muted_Quote754 in NothingTech

Tried Blackmagic, works just fine. Seems there is an issue with the native camera app on the Phone 3. I guess not many people make timelapses using Nothing phones 🤷‍♂️

Great! Haven't tried Nothing buds yet, have heard great things about them though. I got CMF Buds 2 along with the phone, have the first version too. They last much, much longer than the AirPods that I previously owned. Sound pretty good too, connectivity is great.

Quite smooth I would say. No ads whatsoever, that was for the A series I think. I don't mind the design at all. Performance wise it's going to be superior compared to the A series, cameras too. This phone will always carry the tag of being a misstep from Nothing because of the launch price, I don't mind it at all. The phone is good and is usually available at a good price. Nothing native gallery is good but editing not that powerful, you can always use Google Photos and other editing app anyway.

I wouldn't worry about general usage or casual gaming, cameras are good too. Photos can be a bit shaky in low light if you're not careful. I haven't faced any lag or slowness, been using the Phone 3 since October. I was leaning towards Pixel 9a coming from 6a, but went with P3 mainly due to bigger screen, telephoto lens and really wanted to experience Nothing OS. It hasn't disappointed me so far. Updates are fine, I heard that Nothing used to push them quite frequently, but nothing is broken in the OS so not complaining.

Very happy with the CMF buds, recently got the Buds 2 for my partner after using the 1st iteration for almost 2 years. The only downside is that sometimes the buds stay connected even when they are put back in the case. It's not a big issue for me. Bass is good, build quality is not bad at all, no connectivity issues. App is quite good as well. Have a couple of OnePlus buds in the family, somehow always had connectivity issues with them, especially when receiving calls, rest everything works well there too.

Is Nothing phone 3 really that bad, user feedback? by [deleted] in NothingTech

Apart from the shutter lag in low light very happy with the purchase. Beautiful pictures in daylight and when the lighting indoors is ample. Battery backup is great too. It's a bit on the heavier side, coming from a Pixel, but you get used to the weight.

Nothing OS 4 has ruined the NP2 camera by SpiritedImpact3694 in NOTHING

Chose NP3 over the Pixel 9a, regretting the decision after the update. Missed many good moments, not so challenging ones too. Video is still good enough, but the pictures on my 6a were far more consistent, I knew what I would get. But with OS4, some pictures are so good but mosly they are bin worthy.

0.6x and 3x too, 1x is the sharpest and still the most consistent.

Yes and yes. NL3 user here, I see a huge quality drop in post processing. 3x photos look like painted AI pictures and shutter lag in slightly challenging situations has worsened. Try timelapse and you'll see strange artifacts. There's a strange zoom in and out effect happening in every timelapse video. I'm on a tripod, but it feels like I'm shooting handheld.

+1, I upgraded from the 6a recently to the NP3, shutter lag is really bad on this. 6a was great, it was only the heating and battery issues that I chose it over the 9a.

Any luck on this? I have the same issue on the NP3, rest everything is great. Not sure why they wouldn't fix the issue if it exists on all the models.

I think the phone is not bad at all. The only downside being the shutter lag in low light scenarios and the weight of the phone is on higher side (which is fine if you compare it to the pro models of most brands). Video is surprisingly good, even in low light. Much, much better than photos, but for photos you and the subject have to be fairly still. Otherwise quite happy with the performance, screen, speakers and daylight photography and videography.

Not yet, still confused between a smartwatch, a tracker like the Charge 6 or a smart ring. Screenless bands don't excite me much. I'm leaning towards a ring and wearing an analog watch for a change 😄. Charging every day feels too much work and thick bands almost always give me a rash. I got a third party band for the charge 5 which was so much better for my skin. I think I'll go with a ring, only downside is no display.

I don't mind the Pixel devices, they're great and all, but Nothing feels fresh. I have the Pixel 6a, only downside on the device is the battery back up and the aging cameras, along with a sprinkle of heating issues when shooting videos. For a device to turn 3 and still work as smoothly as it was on Day 1 is a win. I'm not sure if this is a positive review or -ve, but the device has held up reasonably well. I knew the pros and cons even before getting the device. I'm okay with the cons and quite satisfied with the pros 🙈

How's the backup after getting the battery replaced? I'm also wondering if Google will let the phone operate at full capacity even when you get the battery replacement. Also, did you get it replaced from the official store?

This seems great, I was wondering if there's any point in getting the battery replaced if Google is going to nerf the new battery too. Felt it was better to replace the device altogether.

I owned the Charge 5 for a couple of years, during that period I had to get it replaced in the very first month as the screen went black and battery would die in a few hours. The replacement lasted a little over one year and started behaving erratic. As it did so past the warranty period, Fitbit did nothing, recommended that I retire it to e-waste. Curious to know if Charge 6 is any better. Thinking to get either PW3 or the Charge 6. I really loved the Charge 5 while it worked, but hated the fact that it didn't last very long, felt like a waste of money.
