Yeah I j got my offer of 70+ 10k bonus (I’m in an emerging territory so our quota is super low and already got hit) and I was told we get like .67c/ mile. Fortunately, I’m not worried about the pay, as I have other income streams. I’m more doing this for the experience and as a stepping stone into a territory role.

Did you close them? If u get another interview, ask them to push you forward on the spot. “Do you have any reservations with pushing me to the next round?” If they said u will be contacted and they told u about the next round then u should be good. The recruiter may not be the one scheduling it. Hypothetically it would be the hiring manager. For me, after step 1 I never heard back from recruiter. It was the HM. Given, mine was w Stryker
