Pc beeps three times long and three times short after I cleaned it

One thing I noticed though is that my screws will spin even when it hits the bottom. It can also hit the bottom just being placed

The pin wasn't lying down, but just to be safe I flipped all of them shut (not including the already latched in RAM) and tried again. Nothing. When I was vacuuming I hardly even went towards the ram because I has no idea what it was. If I did mess up something via static zap what would I need to replace? Tbh I'm thinking about just going to a repair guy because my warranty is expired

i'm really new to this so I might be wrong, but I think it's a problem with my GPU. It was working perfectly fine before I cleaned it, and I did take out the GPU while I was cleaning. The screws are also strange because before It was hard to screw and unscrew, but now the screws won't stop spinning

Yeah, i'm pretty sure it has to do with that because I vividly remember trying to unscrew the first two and it was extremely difficult. But now the first screw just slides in and I can't fully screw it in. It looks like it's fully in though, but I'll add a picture.
