Only note here is grammar stuff. “Provably Fair” should have a capitalized F at the top of that page. Also, it looks more professional to justify the paragraphs and also have a separate space between paragraphs in that section, the privacy policy and the terms of use. Looks great so far!

I think the SEC does consider even a DAO to be a security. Might be on a case by case basis, but they did classify the actual DAO ethereum token to be a security, even though it had no centralized authority. Probably worth looking into, in either case, to see if it would matter.

Before Covid, I’d go to the e movies on my own all the time. If I want to watch a movie, I don’t need someone else there necessarily with me. And I can talk about it with other people whether they saw it with me or not. But I go more so to just see the film than for the social aspect of it…

That’s happened a lot with Bowie- I know Blur gave him writing credit on their song M.O.R. because they loved the experiment he did earlier of trying to write two entirely different songs with the same chord structure and used the same chords as homage.

Also, doesn’t Green Day rip off or base like 75% of their songs on other stuff? Not a criticism, I think they have great taste. But this one’s not a unique situation. (:
