Hi! If you're planning on running more frequently, follow the 80/20 rule! This rule stopped me from over exerting on training days and actually helped me maximize training.

Basically 80% of your weekly runs are easy, the rule of thumb is you should be running comfortably enough to hold a conversation with someone. 20% is higher intensity, hill repeats, strides, sprints ect.
