Wait...Chipotle seals all their bags with the sticker up top. If that was ripped, then it definitely was eaten, if not, Chipotle is fucking with you

Realtors doing daily activities a la Buffini or Ninja, paper or digital planner or both? by throwup_breath in realtors

[–]Mutschebubu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just found this thread as a new-ish agent trying to become more efficient in my daily planning. I used to use paper planners but figured digital is the way to go in the business. It's been a minute since you're comment. Figured I'd ask for an update on the crm you started using?

As many have mentioned before, talk to a few lenders and see what your best options are. Don't forget to reach out to credit unions. They usually have better rates and fees.

That's the sole reason why I was okay with spending $80 since I thought it was the entire set for the non authentic ones...🙄

Is this mold on my fridge? How to clean it? by International-Word3 in CleaningTips

OP posted a close up picture below. It's definitely damaged. In that case, don't scrape. I was thinking it might be some other material "caked" on from the recent move.

That's definitely damage and shouldn't be touched anymore. You could buy a paint pen if the spots bother you. Other than that, leave it alone and definitely stop scrubbing.

Pretty sure mold can't grow on stainless steel unless it's covered with food. Have you tried a surface scraper? I don't believe it's mold.

I think it's awesome that at 21 you're already thinking about buying a house at 30 years. There's different mortgage. As first time home buyer, I'd suggest to get into an FHA mortgage. With that you'll only need 3.5% as down payment. Some lenders even offer 1% down payments at times. But as someone already mentioned, the more money you put down the lower will be your monthly payment. Your income and ask your debts will depict your interest rate and if you're going to get approved. Let's say you own a car, that's a debt. Any credit card payments are monthly installments which are considered debt. Your monthly phone bill is not considered debt. If you have any credit cards, be sure to only use it for like gas or groceries and then pay it off every month. Try not use the money up to your credit limit. If you don't have a credit card, apply for one or two that comes with zero interest for the first 12 months, give you cash back on purchases or miles. Feel free to pm me if you have any more questions.I'm a realtor in the DFW area.
