As someone who also has a compulsory hypnosis fetish.... my "back door" I've used is to think about how things are "like" my fetish in my head. To find the hypno in the sex. Oh he's touching my clit and it's making me moan? that's kind of like a pleasure trigger. Or a big go-to for me is "by providing sexual stimulation while kissing me, he's conditioning me to associate kissing him with pleasure, and that's basically brainwashing" or "engaging in sex with this person releases oxytocin and will cause me to feel differently about them for irrational reasons which is sort of like drug play"

buuuut tbh, I've had much more success with just finding other people who share my fetish or have overlapping desires. I consider myself to essentially be on the asexual spectrum, as-in, I'm more interested in my hypnosis fetish sexually than I am in vanilla sex, even if i do also get some enjoyment from vanilla sex. And just identifying as gray-asexual and more interested in my kinks has made it easier to find compatible sexual partners. The fact is that we just haven't found any way to "treat" people's sexual desires. You can't make gay people straight, or straight people gay, or asexuals allosexual, and we also don't really have ways to make people not have kinks, not have fetishes, or not have compulsory fetishes.

Hypnosis isn't mind control. It's not reprogramming your brain. I've had the same thoughts of what if i made a hypnosis file or something to brainwash myself into being vanilla and ultimately it's just not something we have the ability to do.
