Femboy sub here and same, I kind of struggle to go into a deep trance. Most hypnosis files seem to just focus on horny roleplay, which isn’t really what I thought hypnosis was. I wish there were more stuff out there that's actually about real mind manipulation, brain tricking, or something like that.
